ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to investigate the effects of perceived stress and leader-member exchange (LMX)
on the relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction and commitment. The present study is
qualitative and survey study. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using Amos
and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The study population consisted of Lorestan University
staff from which 152 were selected based on random sampling method. Data collection instrument was a
questionnaire. Its validity was investigated through expert judgement and its reliability was measured
using Cronbach’s alpha. The result suggests that stress and LMX are mediators in the relationship
between the factors of justice and job satisfaction and commitment.
